Biography
Katie DiMartino is the firm's Chief Legal Talent & Recruiting Officer. Katie provides strategic advice to firm leadership on the development of programs and policies that will allow the firm to recruit and retain the most talented attorneys. She also works to ensure that the recruiting, retention, professional development, and associate policies and programs are integrated and aligned to support the firm's strategic goals.
Katie has nearly 20 years of legal talent management experience. Prior to joining Potter Anderson, Katie led recruiting and designed professional development initiatives at a large national law firm.
