Heather S. Townsend is an associate in the firm's Corporate Litigation Group. She focuses her practice on corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
Following law school, Heather served as a law clerk for the Hon. Meghan A. Adams of the Delaware Superior Court.
