Biography
Timothy S. Spangler, III is an associate in the firm's Transactions and Corporate Counseling Group. His practice primarily involves counseling Delaware corporations on corporate law and governance issues. Tim also works with buyers and sellers in negotiated acquisitions and divestitures, and on corporate and business transactions including the structure and use of Delaware business entities such as corporations, limited liability companies, limited and general partnerships and statutory and common law trusts. He provides third-party legal opinions concerning Delaware’s General Corporation Law, Delaware’s alternative entity statutes and the Delaware Uniform Commercial Code.
During law school, Tim served as a judicial extern for the Hon. Mark A. Kearney of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and as a summer law clerk for the Hon. Bradford H. Charles of the Court of Common Pleas of Lebanon County, Pennsylvania.
