Biography
Maria Kotsiras is an associate in the firm's Bankruptcy group. She focuses her practice primarily on complex commercial restructurings in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. She has represented various types of clients through the chapter 11 process, such as corporate debtors, lenders, official committees of unsecured creditors, secured creditors, asset purchasers, trustees and other significant parties in various bankruptcy court proceedings.
During law school, Maria served as the Honorable Thomas L. Ambro Fellow for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
