Biography
Hannah L. Paxton is an associate in the firm's General Litigation Group. Hannah leverages her prior professional experience in corporate investment banking at a multinational financial institution to provide strategic and results-oriented representation in a diverse array of expedited and non-expedited commercial litigation matters—including breach of contract, fraud, and trade secrets claims—in all of Delaware’s trial courts. Relatedly, Hannah represents clients in commercial matters in bankruptcy adversary litigation. Additionally, a significant portion of her practice involves navigating the complexities of highly expedited restrictive covenant litigation, including litigating non-competition and non-solicitation disputes.
Hannah is also experienced with navigating the complexities of the eDiscovery process, and counsels clients and co-counsel on cost-effective and efficient eDiscovery solutions.
