Biography
Evan W. Hockenberger’s practice involves counseling management, boards, and special committees of Delaware corporations on corporate law and governance issues, as well as representing buyers and sellers in negotiated acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions. He also advises clients on matters of Delaware law involving alternative entities, including early-stage investment and private equity transactions.
While in law school, Evan served as the Robinson O. Everett Sr. Judicial Fellow to the Honorable David T. Lambeth on the North Carolina Superior Court, and Attorney General of the Graduate Schools at the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill.
