Biography

Daniel M. Rusk IV is a partner in the firm's Corporate Litigation Group. His practice focuses primarily on corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery, including breach of fiduciary duty actions, busted deal litigation, breach of contract claims, alternative entity litigation, and statutory proceedings under the Delaware General Corporation Law.
