Biography
Carla M. Jones is an associate in the firm’s General Litigation Group. Her practice focuses on complex commercial and insurance coverage litigation in the state and federal courts of Delaware. She was recently selected to serve as a member of the Delaware Superior Court Civil Rules Advisory Committee.
Prior to joining Potter Anderson, Carla served as a law clerk for two years to the Honorable President Judge Jan R. Jurden of the Superior Court of Delaware. While clerking, Carla worked on and drafted numerous opinions on complex commercial and insurance coverage matters assigned to the Complex Commercial Litigation Division (CCLD). She was also involved with products liability and environmental and toxic tort matters at the Superior Court.
