Radinson-Blasucci Weighs in on Retaining Diverse New Hires

In an article published in the February edition of The Journal of the Delaware State Bar Association, Caneel Radinson-Blasucci writes about the role of inclusivity in retaining diverse new hires. She highlights specific actions workplaces can use to create a more welcoming environment for their minority attorneys, including taking stock of where you are; articulating why diversity is important to your office; creating opportunities for diverse employees to connect; seeking, creating and sharing paths toward advancement; and consulting diverse attorneys.
