Potter Anderson Advises Incyte on Wilmington Expansion
This week, Delaware-based pharmaceutical giant, Incyte, announced that it has purchased two iconic office buildings in Wilmington. Incyte will take over and renovate two entire vacant buildings downtown, totaling 517,307 square feet. The two buildings will double Incyte's Delaware footprint, allowing the company to bring more than 300 workers currently based in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania, back to Delaware.
The Potter Anderson team was led by real estate partner Joy Barrist.
Barrist offers a full range of commercial real estate law services involving the finance, acquisition, sale, lease and development of complex multimillion-dollar real estate projects throughout Delaware, around the country and internationally.
