Martin Inducted into The National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals
Josh Martin, senior counsel at Potter Anderson, has been inducted into the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals. The National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals is an invitation-only professional association whose membership consists of mediators & arbitrators distinguished by their hands-on experience in the field of civil & commercial dispute resolution.
Martin concentrates his law practice on mediation and arbitration and on business counseling, particularly in the areas of telecommunications, public utilities and governmental relations. Prior to joining Potter Anderson, he was president and CEO of Verizon Delaware and served eight years as a Delaware Superior Court Judge.
Membership in the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals is by invitation only and limited to professional mediators and arbitrators who are well established as trusted neutrals among the legal community within their state of practice.
