Good and Ryan Named to 2024 Lawdragon 500 Leading Global Bankruptcy & Restructuring Lawyers
Potter Anderson partners Katie Good and Jeremy Ryan have been named to the 2024 Lawdragon 500 Leading Global Bankruptcy & Restructuring Lawyers list. According to Lawdragon, "we researched veteran bankruptcy and financial restructuring lawyers throughout the U.S. as well as litigators who specialize in detangling financial failures. Those included typically have decades of experience in significant roles in the largest, most complex reorganizations, or the financings including distressed M&A, that avert them. A growing corps of top commercial litigators have increased their focus on financial and restructuring litigation, a trend reflected in this year’s guide."
Good is the co-head of Potter Anderson’s bankruptcy team. She focuses her practice on corporate restructuring, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights. She regularly represents debtors, secured lenders, committees, asset purchasers, liquidation trusts, and other parties in chapter 11 cases, as well as foreign representatives and other parties in chapter 15 ancillary proceedings. She regularly litigates in bankruptcy court as well as in appeals before federal district courts and courts of appeals.
Ryan, a member of Potter Anderson’s Executive Committee, is the practice group leader for the firm's General Litigation Group. He focuses his practice on complex bankruptcy issues, including the sale and acquisition of companies in bankruptcy, financing, and litigation, as well as general bankruptcy issues. He primarily concentrates his practice in the representation of debtors, but also is involved in committee and creditor representations.
The 2024 edition is available on Lawdragon’s website.
