Potter Anderson Serves as DuPont Counsel in Sale of DA NanoMaterials

Potter Anderson & Corroon served as counsel to DuPont in a deal where Air Products acquired DuPont’s interest in DuPont Air Products NanoMaterials LLC. DuPont and Air Products were 50-50 partners in the joint venture that supplied chemical mechanical planarization (CMP) slurries to the global semiconductor and wafer polishing industries.  DA NanoMaterials is headquartered in Tempe, Arizona, with regional headquarters in Hsinchu County, Taiwan.  The Potter Anderson team was led by Michael B. Tumas and included associate Roxanne L. Houtman.
