Potter Anderson Helps Obtain Patent Infringement Victory for DuPont
A Delaware federal jury awarded $3.27 million to Potter Anderson client DuPont after finding Unifrax LLC liable for infringing a patent for thermal blanket coating used in aircraft structures.
As reported by Law360, a spokesman for DuPont stated, “The jurors carefully weighed the evidence after a weeklong trial, and we are pleased that they ruled in our favor…This verdict makes clear that DuPont will aggressively pursue all legal remedies to protect its technology.”
