Potter Anderson Advises DuPont in its Sale of Global Bromacil Herbicide Business Assets

E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Company has agreed to sell its global bromacil herbicide business assets to American Vanguard Corporation for an undisclosed amount. 

As part of the transaction, American Vanguard will acquire DuPont Crop Protection's bromacil Hyvar® and Krovar® trademarks, product registrations, product registration data, customer information, access to certain know-how, technical registrations and associated registration data outside of North America.
