Morton Named to 2018 Lawdragon 500 Leading Lawyers in America

Potter Anderson partner Mark Morton has been named to Lawdragon’s 13th annual list of the 500 leading lawyers in the U.S. Only eight Delaware-based lawyers in private practice are included in this year’s Lawdragon 500, and Morton is the only Delaware corporate transactional lawyer.

Morton’s practice involves corporate counseling, governance and opinion work. He regularly advises clients regarding all aspects of the Delaware General Corporation Law, governance of Delaware corporations, and fiduciary obligations, both in the context of daily business affairs and with respect to mergers, acquisitions and other corporate transactions.
