Morton Named to 2017 Lawdragon Legends List

Partner Mark Morton has been named to the 2017 Lawdragon 500 Leading Lawyers Legends. The Lawdragon Legends includes lawyers who have made the annual guide 10 times since its founding in 2005. Morton is the third Potter Anderson lawyer to receive the accolade. Myron Steele and Donald Wolfe were named to the list in 2015 and 2016, respectively.

Morton’s practice involves corporate counseling, governance and opinion work. He regularly advises clients regarding all aspects of the Delaware General Corporation Law, governance of Delaware corporations, and fiduciary obligations, both in the context of daily business affairs and with respect to mergers, acquisitions and other corporate transactions.

Earlier this year, Morton was also named to Lawdragon’s 12^th annual list of the 500 leading lawyers in the U.S. Only six Delaware-based lawyers in private practice were included in this year’s Lawdragon 500.
