Martin Named Best Lawyers 2021 Mediation “Lawyer of the Year” in Wilmington

Senior counsel Josh Martin was named the Best Lawyers 2021 Mediation “Lawyer of the Year” in Wilmington. This is Martin’s fourth time receiving this accolade.

Martin concentrates his law practice on mediation and arbitration and on business counseling, particularly in the areas of telecommunications, public utilities and governmental relations. Prior to joining Potter Anderson, he was president and CEO of Verizon Delaware and served eight years as a Delaware Superior Court Judge.
