Jackson Elected Co-Chair of the Delaware State Bar Association's Young Lawyers Section

Potter Anderson associate Callan Jackson was elected co-chair of the Delaware State Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section for 2023-2024. 

The Young Lawyers Section provides members the opportunity to become acclimated to the practice of law in Delaware, meet new colleagues, and learn about the activities of the Delaware State Bar Association. The section also sponsors informative seminars relevant to the issues facing attorneys new to Delaware practice, provides resources to help them establish roots in the legal community, and promotes collegiality through a variety of social gatherings throughout the state.

Jackson focuses her practice primarily on corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery, representing clients in contested director elections, dissolution proceedings, and high-stakes litigation.
