Good, Chenoweth-Shook and Salko Selected for 2021 LCLD Programs

As part of Potter Anderson’s continuing commitment to supporting the work of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity, three firm lawyers have been selected to participate in this year’s LCLD programs. Partner Katie Good will join the LCLD Fellows Program, which was created to identify, train and advance the next generation of leaders in the legal profession. Associates Clarissa Chenoweth-Shook and Rebecca Salko will participate in the LCLD Pathfinders Program, which trains early-career attorneys in critical career development strategies such as leadership and building professional networks.

Good focuses her practice on corporate restructuring, bankruptcy, and creditors’ rights. She regularly represents debtors, secured lenders, committees, asset purchasers, liquidation trusts, and other parties in chapter 11 cases, as well as foreign representatives and other parties in chapter 15 ancillary proceedings.

Chenoweth-Shook is a trial lawyer who has represented clients in each of Delaware’s state courts and in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. Her practice focuses on representing companies and individuals in commercial litigation. In particular, she has significant experience with contract disputes, alternative entity disputes and business divorce matters.

Salko focuses her practice primarily on counseling Delaware corporations on corporate law and governance issues. She also works with buyers and sellers in negotiated acquisitions and divestitures.
