Denny Appointed to ABA Cybersecurity Legal Task Force

Partner William Denny has been appointed to the American Bar Association’s Cybersecurity Legal Task Force to represent the ABA Business Law Section. Since its inception six years ago, the Task Force has raised awareness that cybersecurity is one of the most important challenges facing the U.S. today and that the ABA has an obligation to help lawyers understand how to protect their practices and their clients’ confidential information.

Denny practices primarily in the areas of cybersecurity, data privacy and information governance. He is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) through the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and chair of the IAPP KnowledgeNet Chapter for Delaware.
