Steele Speaks at Director-Executive Summit at the University of Texas at Austin

At the University of Texas School of Law and McCombs School of Business Director-Executive Summit, Potter Anderson senior counsel Myron Steele will discuss the Delaware courts. Designed for leaders such as public company directors and C-suite executives, summit participants will gain insights into urgent topics that will immediately improve their ability to lead their organizations tactically and strategically. They will benefit from the network of other leaders present in the audience and at the podium. The Summit will open with a keynote by Jay Clayton, Chair of the Securities and Exchange Commission from 2017-2020. It will close with a keynote by Presidential advisor Karl Rove.

Steele is the former Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Delaware. Previously, he served as a Judge of the Superior Court and a Vice Chancellor of the Delaware Court of Chancery after 18 years in private litigation practice. He has presided over major corporate litigation and LLC and limited partner governance disputes and writes frequently on issues of corporate document interpretation and corporate governance.
