Ronan Gives a Delaware Perspective to Latest Transactional Developments
At Practising Law Institute’s (PLI) Delaware Law Developments 2024: What All Business Lawyers Need to Know, partner Alyssa Ronan will participate in the Transactional Panel. The discussion will cover recent Court of Chancery decisions that impact transactional practice for merger agreements and stockholder agreements as well as the DGCL amendments that have been proposed in response to those decisions.
Alyssa Ronan’s practice focuses on corporate advisory, corporate governance, and transactional matters relating to Delaware corporations and alternative entities. She regularly counsels boards of directors, board committees (including special, transaction and conflicts committees), and investors on M&A matters, governance matters, and situations involving conflicts of interests and fiduciary duty issues.
