Join Potter Anderson Corporate Litigation Partner Jacqueline Rogers for a September 27 mock argument focusing on “Controllers & Disclosures: What is Control and Considerations for MFW Review when a Controller is Present.” The mock argument will be presided over by the Honorable Magistrate Bonnie David of the Delaware Court of Chancery. A conversation with Magistrate David will follow the mock argument. The program is a part of Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law’s 44th Annual Garrett Corporate and Securities Law Institute.
