Readinger Weighs in on Common Misconceptions in eDiscovery
At the 2024 Delaware State Bar Association's Women and the Law Retreat in Dewey, Delaware, Laura Readinger served on a panel entitled "FAQs and Common Misconceptions in eDiscovery." The panel discussed document preservation, collection, review, production, spoliation, and sanctions.
Readinger is a partner in the firm's Corporate Litigation and Commercial Litigation groups. She counsels clients and co-counsel on the many challenges associated with eDiscovery.
