Mozal and Salko to Join Panel Discussion on Attorney-Client Privilege for Corporate Boards
At the ABA Business Law Section’s Fall Meeting on September 14, partners Nick Mozal and Rebecca Salko will be participating in a panel discussion on “Privilege in the Boardroom.”
The CLE program, moderated by Mozal, will “analyze recent decisions from the Delaware courts that address issues related to attorney-client privilege for corporate boards, including a director’s access to privileged information, and ability to share information learned in their capacity as a director with the stockholder that nominated them.”
