Wasson Speaks on ‘Coverage B’ Panel at ABA Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee Seminar

Partner Jennifer Wasson was a panelist at the Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee CLE Seminar in Tucson, Ariz., on March 1. The panelists discussed trends in Coverage B litigation, including whether trademark infringement can be “advertising,” what constitutes “publication” and practical tips for dealing with claims arising under Coverage B.
