Steele Weighs in on Ethics of Charging and Collecting Fees
At a webinar presented by the IBA Professional Ethics Committee, Myron Steele will join a panel focused on the ethics of charging and collecting fees. The webinar will present an open discussion and comparative analysis about the different approaches that might be taken.
Steele is a partner in Potter Anderson’s Corporate Litigation Group, the former Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Delaware and an active member of the IBA. Previously, he served as a Judge of the Superior Court and a Vice Chancellor of the Delaware Court of Chancery after 18 years in private litigation practice. He has presided over major corporate litigation and LLC and limited partner governance disputes, and writes frequently on issues of corporate document interpretation and corporate governance.
