Steele Provides ‘View From the Bench’ at M&A Liability Summit

Myron Steele, Potter Anderson partner and former chief justice of the Supreme Court of Delaware, gave a keynote address titled “The View from the Bench: Judicial Perspectives on M&A and Securities Litigation” at the Annual Summit on M&A Liability in New York.

The second annual summit offers guidance for issues that arise relating to M&A transactions, including, but not limited to: risk mitigation and risk management, insurance coverage, claims and updates on the legal and litigation landscape, and how that will affect risk management and insurance policies going forward.
