Sprance Presents to Inaugural Class of Wilmington University School of Law
During the orientation for the inaugural class of students attending Wilmington University School of Law, Potter Anderson associate Ciara Sprance presented on a panel discussion covering "What I wish I knew in law school." The panelists covered topics including networking, time management, and the importance of connecting with professors.
Wilmington University School of Law is a private, non-profit law school which is part of Wilmington University. Creation of the School of Law was announced on October 27, 2022. The School of Law’s values reflect those of Wilmington University – student centered, affordable and emphasis on building skills for future employment.
Sprance focuses her practice on corporate and business transactions including the structure and use of Delaware business entities such as corporations, limited liability companies, limited and general partnerships and statutory and common law trusts. She also assists with the representation of lenders and borrowers in commercial real estate and other financing transactions.
