Sensing and Noa Present on Restrictive Covenant Litigation in Delaware Chancery Court
Partner John Sensing and associate Jesse Noa presented on restrictive covenant litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery at a program hosted by the Delaware State Bar Association. The presentation was part of DSBA’s Labor and Employment Law Update 2019.
Sensing represents businesses and individuals in a myriad of commercial litigation matters in courts throughout Delaware. His client engagements include complex commercial litigation, business tort matters and contract disputes as well as the defense of claims asserted under federal antitrust and securities laws. He also represents clients in expedited matters relating to the enforcement of restrictive covenants and contractual non-competition provisions, and represents policyholders in complex insurance coverage litigation against their insurers.
Noa represents businesses and individuals in a wide variety of complex commercial and employment litigation matters in the state and federal courts of Delaware. His practice also includes providing counseling to clients regarding business, cybersecurity and information governance issues as well as regulatory compliance matters.
