Ryan Discusses Claims by Trustees in Post-Bankruptcy Litigation
Jeremy Ryan will be a webinar panelist for “Litigating Claims by Trustees: Avoiding Pitfalls at Plan Confirmation and the Investigation Phase.” Hosted by the American Bankruptcy Institute and Reid Collins & Tsai LLP, the webinar is part of a series focusing on recurring issues that arise in post-bankruptcy litigation involving trustees and how to set up trustees for success in pursuing litigation claims.
Ryan, a member of Potter Anderson’s Executive Committee, is the practice group leader for the firm’s General Litigation Group. He focuses his practice on complex bankruptcy issues, including the sale and acquisition of companies in bankruptcy, financing, and litigation, as well as general bankruptcy issues. He primarily concentrates his practice in the representation of debtors, but also is involved in committee and creditor representations.
