Potter Anderson Partners to Speak at the 7th Annual Citadel Directors' Institute

The Citadel School of Business will host its 7th annual Directors’ Institute in Charleston, SC on Friday, April 22, 2016.

The Citadel Directors’ Institute is designed exclusively for directors, C-level executives and those aspiring to be directors to engage in an active dialogue focused on current and emerging issues, strategic planning, risk management and board governance. Each year, the Citadel Directors' Institute seeks to inform corporate directors of the cutting edge issues and challenges they are likely to confront in fast-changing regulatory, investor and business environments.

• Potter Anderson partner and former Chief Justice of the Delaware Supreme Court, Myron Steele, will speak on a panel entitled "Recent Developments for Directors and Their Advisors in Breaches of Fiduciary Duty."
