Mullen Co-Chairs ABA Contractual Governance of Business Entities Joint Task Force Meeting

At the ABA Business Section’s annual meeting in Chicago, partner Tom Mullen co-chaired the Contractual Governance of Business Entities Joint Task Force Meeting. The task force met to discuss the contents for its planned guidebook on the governance of business entities through contractual arrangements, focusing on the ways all business entities increasingly use contractual provisions to address their governance.
