Morales Presents at the Hispanic National Bar Association's 2023 Corporate Counsel Conference

On March 11, 2023, Katelin Morales will participate on a CLE panel discussion at the Hispanic National Bar Association's 2023 Corporate Counsel Conference. The panel, "In re: Twitter: Lessons Learned from Elon Musk's Acquisition of Twitter," will review and discuss important lessons learned from Elon Musk's recent acquisition of Twitter, including matters of Delaware corporate and commercial law, the attorney-client privilege, employment and labor laws, and bankruptcy issues.

Morales is a member of the firm's General Litigation Group. She focuses her practice on complex commercial restructurings in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. She has represented various types of clients through the chapter 11 process, such as debtors, lenders, official committees of unsecured creditors, secured creditors, and indenture trustees. Morales also has experience litigating complex commercial disputes that arise in chapter 11 proceedings. She represents debtors and other parties in interest in a wide range of bankruptcy litigation, including contested plan confirmations, fraud, and avoidance actions.
