Millard and Pittenger Speak at ABA Business Section Spring Meeting

Partners Pam Millard and Mike Pittenger were panelists at the American Bar Association Business Section’s Spring Meeting in Orlando. They presented on “Binding Non-Signatory Stockholders to Merger Agreements.” Their panel was part of the “Highlights and Updates From the M&A Lawyers’ Library.” Other topics this year included non-reliance clauses, survival clauses, sandbagging and tortious interference claims.
