McNeill Discusses Fiduciary Duties During Financial Distress and in Bankruptcy

Potter Anderson counsel Steve McNeill spoke on the “Bankruptcy: Fiduciary Duties During Financial Distress & in Bankruptcy” panel at the Delaware Chapter of the Federal Bar Association's 2023 Bench and Bar conference in Wilmington, Delaware. 

The panel included Delaware Bankruptcy judges John T. Dorsey, Thomas M. Horan, and J. Kate Stickles, as well as Christopher Kiplock of Hughes Hubbard & Reed and Erin Fay of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.

 McNeill focuses his practice on complex bankruptcy proceedings involving national and regional clients, including debtors, secured lenders, creditors’ committees and a variety of unsecured creditors. Steve has been involved in contesting and defending asset sales and plans of reorganization, assumption and rejection of leases and contracts, and other creditor issues including defense of preference litigation.
