Marco Moderates Fireside Chat with Vice Chancellor Will of the Delaware Court of Chancery

At the ABA Business Law Section Hybrid Spring Meeting in Seattle, associate Emily Marco will moderate a fireside chat discussion with Vice Chancellor Will of the Delaware Court of Chancery. The event is hosted by the Women in Mergers and Acquisitions Subcommittee. 

Marco's practice focuses primarily on corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery. After law school, Marco served as a judicial law clerk to then-Vice Chancellor Kathaleen St. Jude McCormick and Vice Chancellor Morgan T. Zurn of the Delaware Court of Chancery.
