Denny Delivers Keynote Address on Data Breach Disclosure Laws

At the 15^th annual spring user group meeting hosted by Intellitec Solutions in Wilmington, partner William Denny delivered the keynote address on the new Delaware data breach disclosure law. Denny also highlighted data privacy laws being adopted in other jurisdictions, including the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation.
