Denny Provides Update on Recent Amendment to Delaware’s Computer Security Breaches Law

At a program hosted by MySherpa, an IT management consultancy, partner William Denny provided an update on recent amendments to Delaware’s Computer Security Breaches Law.

Denny, a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) through the International Association of Privacy Professionals and chair of the IAPP KnowledgeNet Chapter for Delaware, practices primarily in the areas of cybersecurity, data privacy and information governance.
