Denny Presents at ABA Cyberspace Law Institute on Push for Federal Data Privacy Standard

At the 2019 Cyberspace Law Institute and Winter Working Meeting in Gulfport, Fla., a program organized by the American Bar Association’s Business Law Section, partner Bill Denny presented on the California Consumer Privacy Act and the prospect and challenges of a federal privacy standard.

Denny also co-led a meeting of the Smart Contracts and Blockchain Subcommittee.
