Denny Presents on California Consumer Privacy Act

At the inaugural Delaware KnowledgeNet Chapter meeting, partner Bill Denny discussed the California Consumer Privacy Act (CaCPA). The program covered steps companies should take to become compliant in anticipation of CaCPA’s effective date. 

Denny practices primarily in the areas of cybersecurity, data privacy and information governance. He is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) through the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). In March 2018, he was named chair of the new KnowledgeNet Chapter in Delaware.
