Chapman Discusses Mediating Disputes Via Videoconference
As part of the 26th Annual Rubenstein-Walsh Seminar on Ethics and Professionalism, Bill Chapman spoke on the “Mediating Disputes Via Videoconference” panel. Sponsored by the Delaware State Bar Association and the St. Thomas More Society, this year’s seminar focused on legal ethics in a time of pandemic.
Judge Chapman is the firm’s Chief Diversity Officer, Director of Pro Bono Services and Senior Counsel. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a Family Court judge for the state of Delaware. He also served as Deputy Attorney General for the Delaware Department of Justice.
