Jennifer Gimler Brady spoke on the “Workplace Safety in a Pandemic” panel. Brady concentrates her practice in the areas of health law, labor and employment law, and commercial litigation. Jesse Noa joined the “Ethics Potpourri: Sticky Situations Confronting the Employment Attorney” panel. Noa represents businesses and individuals in a wide variety of complex commercial and employment litigation matters in the state and federal courts of Delaware. He currently serves as vice-chair of the DSBA’s Labor & Employment Section.
Jennifer Penberthy Buckley moderated the half-day virtual program. Buckley advises employers on adopting and implementing effective policies consistent with federal and state law; responding to employee requests for leave and accommodation; avoiding and responding to discrimination claims; and more.
