Barrist Moderates Panel on Commercial Real Estate Market
Partner Joy Barrist moderated a panel focused on the commercial real estate market in New Castle County, Del. Hosted by Delaware Real Estate Women, the session included a discussion of current major projects, key items for buyers and tenants, and what borrowers are looking for in financing structures.

She regularly represents banks and lending institutions, private equity firms, investors, developers, owners, landlords, and tenants.
