Ashman, Dudderar and Houtman Present on Delaware Law Developments to Houston Bar Association
At the Houston Bar Association’s M&A Section Meeting on October 18, Potter Anderson partners Bert Ashman, Tim Dudderar and Roxanne Houtman provided an update on recent developments in Delaware law.
Ashman focuses his practice on corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery. He has extensive experience with litigation concerning fiduciary duties, merger and acquisition transactions, corporate control disputes, breach of contract claims, and other complex matters, as well as with disputes involving limited partnerships and other alternative entities.
Dudderar focuses his practice on corporate and alternative entity litigation. He has represented clients in various industries, including financial and banking, technology, oil and gas exploration, and commercial real estate before the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Delaware Supreme Court.
Houtman counsels Delaware corporations on corporate law and governance issues. She also represents buyers and sellers in negotiated acquisitions and divestitures. Roxanne is a member of the Council of the Corporation Law Section of the Delaware State Bar Association and, in that capacity, participates in the annual review of, and preparation of amendments to, the Delaware General Corporation Law.
