Representative Matters

  • Assisting clients to obtain construction and operating permits for businesses ranging from electric generating and petroleum refining facilities to golf courses.
  • Representing companies in cost recovery and other CERCLA litigation, involving sites in Delaware and other states.
  • Appearances before federal, state, and regional agencies, including the Delaware Department of Natural Resources & Environmental Control, the Delaware Environmental Appeals Board, and the Delaware River Basin Commission.
  • Addressing environmental issues in mergers and other corporate transactions, such as negotiating and drafting environmental service, indemnification, and prospective purchaser agreements.
