Potter Anderson Named As Go-To Law Firm by Clients

Potter Anderson & Corroon has been named as a Go-To Law Firm for Technology Companies and for Financial Services Companies in an ALM survey targeting  the leading technology companies and financial services companies throughout the country.  Conducted through ALM's Corporate Counsel magazine, the surveys ask which outside law firms are used and for which practice areas.  In addition to the surveys, additional research is gathered through court dockets, securities filings and numerous law publications. 

The clients naming Potter Anderson as their Go-To Law Firm in Technology were three clients recognizing the firm for its intellectual property services:  Chi Mei Optoelectronics Corporation, Citizens Communications Company and Qualcomm Incorporated.  A fourth client, Intel Corporation, recognized the firm in the area of litigation.

For clients in the financial services segment, Potter Anderson was recognized by Madison Dearborn Partners, LLC and IntercontinentalExchange, Inc., for litigation.
