Potter Anderson Represents DuPont in Crop-Protection Technology Deal

Potter Anderson & Corroon represented DuPont in a crop-protection technology agreement with Syngenta.  The agreement is for preparing  regulatory studies for Cyazypyr, DuPont's new insecticide aimed to control moths and sucking insects such as leafhoppers and aphids. Syngenta will also give DuPont access to other chemicals that DuPont plans to use in herbicide mixtures. 

DuPont was represented by Potter Anderson partners Michael B. Tumas (corporate) and Kathleen W. Geiger (intellectual property).
