Mr. Gallagher is an associate in the firm's Corporate Group, focusing primarily on corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery.

Mr. Gallagher is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in West Virginia.  Prior to joining Potter Anderson & Corroon, he was engaged in private practice and received experience in general litigation in state and federal courts and administrative adjudications in state and federal agencies regulating coal mine safety and health.
